General comments	The flat was ugly, she was extremelyunprofessional, she kept saying that she was feeling sick and tired, she asked me if she could smoke a sigarette, at the beginning, then another after half an hour. I asked if she wanted me to go but she said no. She did not provide anyservice whatsoever and I ended up having to argue with the agency through the phone, that was very sad. That's a pity for an otherwise very good agency, that after this awful experience I will not contact anymore.
